Do we have to buy a package or can we just reserve court time?

You can rent just the court at our hourly rates. Our bar is open for cash bar and limited food items available if not preordered for your event. December restrictions may apply. Please speak with our event coordinator for further details.

Can we bring our own food or beverages?

Outside beverages are NEVER permitted. The only food we allow would be store or bakery purchased desserts. Unfortunately, home baked goods are not permitted. Acceptable items would be cookies, cake, cupcakes, candy, ice cream and fruit. Please plan to supply your own needs for serving your desserts. (plates, forks, napkins, candles, knife, etc.)

How old do you have to be to play?

Since every individual varies, we go with a height requirement rather than an age. Whirlyballers must meet a minimum height of 54" to participate. We have a full gaming area for those unable to meet that minimum as well as booth for them to view from to stay a part of the action.

Can I get a refund of my deposit if I have to cancel my reservation?

Deposits are ONLY refunded if we are able to resell your cancelled time to another interested party.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Whirlyball Novi happily accepts CASH, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Can I just show up with a friend and play Whirlyball?

At this time, Whirlyball is played by reservation only. We offer beginner leagues on Monday nights if you are looking to play with a group of five each week.

Are minors allowed in the facility since you have a full bar on site?

Guest of all ages are welcome any day or time. We do ask that kids be accompanied by a responsible adult.

How early should we arrive for our scheduled court time?

We recommend that you invite your guests to arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time. They can have a drink, get settled in and be sure to enjoy the game as soon as your time begins. Whirlyball cannot be responsible for late arrivals and cannot extend court time due to late arrivals.

How much notice do I need to give for my food order?

To properly serve your needs with the freshest quality products, we ask that you order your food seven days in advance. We are not a walk in establishment, so our food offerings without a preorder are limited.
